Join the Cornell Hotel Society of Washington, DC/Baltimore for our Annual Hotel Real Estate Panel

The Annual Hotel Real Estate Panel continues the Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) Washington DC/Baltimore Chapter’s tradition of hospitality industry programming and scholarship fundraising. This is the seventh year the chapter continues to hotel industry panels which offer outstanding networking opportunities and promises to attract a diverse group of some of the nearly seven hundred local CHS members and other hotel and real estate professionals.

When: Tuesday, March 29^th from 5:00 to 8:00PM.

The panel will run from 5:00 - 6:30PM to be followed by a networking reception feauting passed hors d'oeuvres.

Where: DoubleTree by Hilton Bethesda Located at

• 8120 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, Maryland
• Walking distance from Bethesda Metro; $5 Valet Parking; Self-Parking available in garage behind hotel

Who: The panel will be moderated by Mark Woodworth, featuring three industry leaders as panelists.

• Mark Woodworth is the President of PKF Hospitality Research
• Mark Carrier, President of B.F. Saul Company Hospitality Group
• Krissy Gathright, EVP and COO of Apple REIT
• Al Young, COO of LaSalle Hotel Properties

What: The panel will last for around an hour plus and cover current important topics surrounding the hotel real estate industry, followed by Q&A and a social/networking reception.

Why: All proceeds from this event will go towards our chapter's scholarship fund which supports a local student’s Cornell education. We hope to see you there! Please feel free to invite non-hotelies, coworkers, friends, etc.
