Presently, we have members looking for co-hosts to arrange a golf outing on the Eastern Shore, hikes, wine tastings, dinners together, outdoor music, outdoor movie attendance in a "picnic blanket series," sports viewings, as well as Community Clean-ups.
Have an idea for an event? Explore a collaboration and planning site to see how even our newest members can co-host events to welcome new alumni, organize dining out and tastings on The Big Red Food Tour and appreciate art as well as public servants. Step into action as a co-host when you apply support available at those links (which is optional.) Or, you can supply your event details for posting in an e-mail to VP of Programming.
Take our 5-minute survey so that we can see where to put efforts next! The survey concludes with an opportunity to sign up to help the directors in the areas of your greatest interest.

A good deal of mentoring in the DMV happens informally at the CCW's social events or when young alumni develop their skills and contacts through organizing events or taking on a leadership role with our Board.
Cornell's Career Contact Network in Ithaca allows Cornell students seeking career advice to benefit from the personal experience of Cornell alumni, parents, and friends.
Mentors are not expected to offer internships or jobs--just information and advice, usually online. Whatever you can contribute, you are certain to find assisting young Cornellians in making good career decisions a rewarding experience.
