The Qatar-America Institute here in Washington is hosting a series of alumni events for universities with facilities in Qatar, including the Weill Cornell Medical College, and has invited CCW Members and guests to join them for food, drink, and opportunities for networking at their headquarters overlooking the Capitol.

Our guest speaker is Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), who represents the Weill Cornell and Cornell Tech campuses, and co-chairs the Qatari-American Caucus.  She was instrumental in making the initial connections between Cornell and Qatar, and attended the campus ribbon cutting in 2003. 

Admission: Free but Registration is required.
