Leading in Our VUCA World

Have you ever worked in a volatile, uncertain, complex, or ambiguous environment? Do you wish you had the knowledge to better address these circumstances and to lead your team?

General Casey will offer attendees his take on how to lead in a VUCA world. An acronym first used by the American Military to describe extreme conditions in war, the VUCA concept was adopted by the business world after the global crisis of 2008 and 2009 and has since been featured heavily in the development of leadership skills.

Mark W. Nelson, Anne and Elmer Lindseth Dean of Johnson, will welcome our guests and offer an update on what's happening at Johnson and the SC Johnson College of Business.
