Chef and founder Turan Cardak has over 30 years of experience in Turkish cuisine with the opening of his first restaurant in New Jersey and another in New York City. The restaurants have gained recognition for their innovative take on cuisine, while supporting local, sustainable and responsible farmers and food purveyors. The restaurant uses all fresh local vegetable farmers and top of line Halal meat by supporting the community.
Each attendee is responsible for the cost of their own food and drink. If you cannot attend, please contact Filiz Serbes no later than Monday, June 17 so another can take your place.
