Celebrate the legacy of Carl Sagan's exploration of the "billions upon billions" in the cosmos.  Join CCW for our 2nd star-gazing party at CCW Member Mark Todd’s observatory in Calvert County, MD. We will observe the moon, a few planets, double stars, star clusters, nebulae and maybe some galaxies.

The temperature will be cooler as the evening progresses, so dress accordingly, and wear shoes appropriate for climbing stairs and a short ladder.

Refreshments will be available.

Registration is free and limited to 20 CCW Members only (no guests).

Cornell alumni COVID-19 requirements:

• If you are experiencing symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, please stay at home and seek testing or consult your primary care physician.
  
• If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 through close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, please self-monitor, wear a mask when in public and consider getting tested.
  
• Face masks are not required at events at this time. Individuals who are concerned about the risk of infection are encouraged to continue to wear a mask, and we ask that all members of our community support and respect one another’s masking choices.
  
• Individuals attending events are not required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test.
