Homecoming 2023 featured events

There are so many ways for you to participate in Homecoming weekend! Add these features events to your plans, and view the full schedule here.

The fireworks and laser light show and Big Red Fan Festival are free to attend. Registration is not required, but strongly encouraged! Register for either event to be entered for chance to win a $250 gift card to the Cornell Store and other prizes.

  Glee Club and Chorus Homecoming Concert

  Friday, 7:00 p.m.
  Bailey Hall

  Celebrate Cornell Homecoming with Big Red songs and festive tunes from around the world. Tickets on sale now! Following the concert, the festivities will continue at Schoellkopf Stadium for a spectacular fireworks and laser light show. Don’t miss it!

  Fireworks and laser light show

  Friday, 8:00–9:30 p.m.
  Schoellkopf Field

  We’ll light up the sky and celebrate the spirit of Cornell. Doors open at 7:45 p.m. Starting at 8:00 p.m., DJ Chris Washburn will keep you entertained and dancing. The fireworks kick off at 9:00 p.m.! This event is free of charge.

  Note: Plan to be in your seats by 8:45 p.m. to ensure your place within the stadium. Attendees must follow a clear bag policy. Please allow adequate time for admission.

  Big Red Fan Festival

  Saturday, 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  Crescent Lot

  Alumni and students come together for one of the most spirited annual Cornell traditions! Join us for carnival games, music, food, college showcases, performances by student groups, giveaways, and more. This event is free of charge. Tickets are on sale now for online-exclusive food and drink packages as part of registration.

  Football vs. Colgate

  Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
  Schoellkopf Stadium
  Tickets | Parking

  Cheer for the Big Red as they take on the Colgate Raiders Saturday afternoon! Tickets are on sale now!.

  Note: Attendees must follow Schoellkopf Stadium’s clear bag policy. Please allow adequate time for admission.
