When middle-aged Peter Mason comes home to help his aging father and younger brother bury their mother, the arrival of a woman of uncertain identity and intentions sends them all into a tailspin of confusion and misunderstandings that threaten to expose long-buried secrets, ultimately forcing Peter to make difficult choices in this quirky dramedy that explores the foibles and absurdities of family life, the nature of truth and the quest for faith.

Come with fellow alumni to the dramatic reading of Washer's dark, quirky comedy after which the audience provides feedback for the playwright to consider.

If you've ever wanted to play theatre critic, here's your chance to respond to pacing, dialogue, message, plot and character interplay. Which parts work? What might need clarity to bring it down the home stretch? Professional actors Rick Foucheaux, Christopher Lane, Chris Stezin, Ray Ficca and Boomie Pederson will bring the script to life.

If you have never been to The Arts Club of Washington, DC, you are in for a treat as the audience enjoys the gorgeous patio and gardens under moonlight with adult beverages, and can self-tour the attractive, historic building and its art.
