In honor of the 20th Annual Cornell Mid-Atlantic Crab Feast, join this special pre-feast webinar with Dr. Judith Weis A&S ’62, Professor Emerita at Rutgers University.

With nearly 7,000 species scuttling across land and sea, Dr. Weis will share fascinating insights into crab biology, behavior, and their role in our kitchens and culture.

Whether you’re into marine biology, crab eating, or are simply curious about the strange and sideways lives of crabs, this webinar will give you tons of knowledge to sink your claws into.

About the speaker: Dr. Judith Weis ’62

 

Dr. Judith Weis A&S ’62 is a Professor Emerita of Biological Sciences at Rutgers University, Newark. She is an estuarine scientist with a research specialty in salt marshes and author of Walking Sideways: The Remarkable World of Crabs.
