Saturday, October 11, Cornellians run and walk at the National Mall!

We will begin a running and walking session with exercise on our usual trails starting at 9 am. Session is timed to support CCW's runners as they begin to "taper" for the Marine Corps Marathon, but all exercisers are welcome (runners, walkers, strollers, dog walkers, short distances are the norm.) It will include a 5K option.

Meet at the large spinny metal sculpture at 7th and Independence, SW between the Air and Space Museum and the Hirshhorn Museum.

Closest metro = L'Enfant Plaza.

Choose any of the trails (varying distances and difficulties) on our running group's site linked below --because we will group up according to interest.
