Have you ever thought maybe you didn't appreciate chocolate quite enough...? Well, CCW can help you with that. Join CCW members for an exclusive chocolate tasting class at DC's premiere chocolate shop! Cocova's chocolate tasting classes are a unique experience that introduce you to the world of fine chocolate. Learn about the rich history of cacao, the growing and harvest of cacao beans and the manufacture of chocolate products. This class also includes exercises for developing your palate to distinguish the subtleties of aromas and flavors in fine foods and chocolate. By the end of this class you will have the knowledge and skills to experience fine chocolate like a true connoisseur. 

Cocova features over 850 high quality fine chocolate products, including probably the area's largest selection of certified fair-trade and certified organic chocolate products, single origin and single plantation chocolate products, and filled chocolates, truffles, and confections from around the world. This class is limited to 12 participants and is likely to fill up quickly.
