Interest Meeting:   Meet others joining CCW's Community Service Committee!

Context: The ability of our club members to combine forces and participate in community service of all kinds in the DMV is one of the most rewarding and impactful aspects of membership. CCW's committees, points of contact, goals and meeting schedules are provided at our Committees Page so that our members can browse, choose a committee based on availability, and help out where their strengths will make a rewarding difference. Date: Monday, September 28, 2026  (We will potentially choose "last Mondays" each month through June for our virtual meetings. Depending on interest, we may select to meet in person on occasion. We're flexible!

When: 7-8 pm (not one minute longer, probably shorter)

Agenda: Introductions to share attendees' community service and volunteering experience. Overview recent years' committee work as inspiration for a new CCW term, and brainstorm new possibilities. Examine our contacts and hopes for this year.  Overview of our resources pages such here and contextualize our Cornell Cares events and The Amazing Race here. Q & A, and confirm the schedule for our next meeting.
