Executive Chef & Proprietor, Tony Brown, Arts '86 will speak to us on developing a heart felt menu from his roots & on his Entrepreneurial path from Interdisciplinary grounding of Arts & Sciences to opening this gem in June of 2014.
We will be tasting Macon Bistro + Larder's delicious offerings that serve to bring people together in his neighborhood & all of us, into his own upbringing in Macon, Georgia.
Tony is opening the Bistro on Monday evening just for this CCW Private event in NW DC in the Chevy Chase Arcade Building (1925). Bring your friends & enjoy our local Cornell community while we celebrate Tony's Macon & the community he has made his home.

Bibb Salad, Charcuterie, Ma con Cheese, Short Ribs & Pumpkin Risotto as well as Deviled Eggs, Chickpea Panisse, Fried Green Tomatoes, Brisket Burnt Ends & Sweet Potato Bisque
Other selections for those who forego the CCW Cocktail will be Red & White Wine (of course its a Cornell Club of Washington red & white event!), Draft Beer, Non Alcoholic Selections. Individual tabs will be offered beyond the included beverage.
Coffee/Tea Service is also included.
Cornell Song sheets will be provided for our singing session.
