In celebration of Pride Month, the President’s Council of Cornell Women (PCCW) would like to extend this invitation.  As we embark on our life long journeys to be more inclusive in theory and in practice, we would like to provide our alumni community with an opportunity to learn more about the diverse identities of the LGBTQ+ community.

In this seminar, participants will understand the differences between these three terms while gaining knowledge, tools, and resources that will provide guidance on how to foster an inclusive workplace for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

About the facilitator:

Anthony Sis (they/them/theirs) is a DEI learning consultant at Cornell's Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity. They organize programs throughout the year as part of the Inclusive Excellence Network, incorporating personal narratives from experienced speakers to engaging participants in dialogue, self-reflection, and the development of action-oriented skills that foster a culture of belonging in the workplace.
